Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at TideForge. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds work.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final Sale items, gift cards, and worn items can't be returned.

How to Start a Return: Email support@tide-forge.com with your order number and item(s). We'll confirm and send instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges: Email us for a size/color exchange, subject to availability.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.

Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll cover a full refund or replacement.
